The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the award will be final and binding on both parties. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
4. Choice of Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms or to protect intellectual property rights.
